Based on your description, Sprint is your cellular provider and Charter provides your home internet connection and you also have an email account with them. If you want to get that email on your iPhone, you'll need to add the account in Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Add account.

If you want your phone to be able to access WiFi when you're at home (assuming you have WiFi with your Charter account), you'll need the password word for that network. Enter it in Settings>WiFi then tap on the name of your home network.

I"m sorry but that post doesn't make very much sense. Can you phrase it differently? If English is not your native language, feel free to use whatever is.

Why are you looking at your girlfriend's phone bill? If the bill isn't in your name, I'm not sure how it's relevant.
