Hello everybody
does anybody knows if the IPod MD715BT/A is compatible with Windows 8 or Windos 10 ?
I know it is compatible with Windows 7, Windows Vista o Windows XP Home o Professional

That is the 5G iPod.
If iOS 9.2 or later then for a PC you need Win 7 or later. With earlier iOS XP and Vista work.
If it should sync/be seen by iTunes and it is not seen then:
First:
iTunes: Fix iPhone or iPod Not Detected in Windows 10
next try
iPhone, iPad, or iPod not recognized in iTunes for Windows
- I would start with
Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP
or
Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later
- New cable and different USB port
