I have a big issue with the swipe to call back missed calls on locked screen.
How to disable it without turning off the notification of missed calls?
Ive turned the swipe to reply, need the same with calls.

Well, I have the same concern, but I have another reason. A few days ago, somebody called me and I didn't want to answer. I muted the phone and left it next to me. A few hours later, I was going through the recent calls and I figured out that there was an outgoing call from my phone to that very same person that I didn't want to talk to. He probably heard what I was saying during the confidential meeting that I was in. Probably, I accidentally swiped that notification while moving the phone or something. This is a breach to my privacy. I know you will probably tell me that I should be more careful with my expensive piece of electronics and not swipe the notification by accident. But hey, I thought the phone was locked! Locked means locked!

Meanwhile, you may want to consider getting a phone that better meets your needs. Note that an iPhone is considered one of the most secure phones available. Even the FBI can't get to your data if you have a passcode on it.
If you swipe to the left it should reveal an "X" to click on and delete the notification. If you don't swipe it but swipe at the bottom of the screen then the phone will not automatically dial the number. You can remove the call in the Recents section of the Phone settings.
OK, to clarify.
I left iOS 2 years ago. Back then it was a great product. You could leave your phone on the table and it was secure. You knew, if you missed a call without unlocking it AND nobody without knowing your passphrase was able to call anybody from it.
Now, this is a huge security flaw! I have kids and even if I didnt, I work in an environment, where you cant take your phone with you all the time. I NEED to know, who called me without unlocking the phone. I NEED to have a secure phone.
I dont understand, why it isnt possible to make this functionality optional like it is for messages!!! Its either - you dont know who called you unless you unlock your phone or anybody can call back the contact you missed.
I'm not sure why anyone would leave an expensive piece of electronics where a 2-year old could get it and play with it unattended. They're very short. It's easy to put things where they can't reach them.

Its a security concern. I need to know who called me and its unacceptable, that anybody can call back the contacts who I missed.
That is none of your concerns.
You can turn off the missed call notification in the lock screen without turning it off entirely. Settings>Notifications>Phone>Show on Lock Screen>Off.
Well, FBI cant get to my data, but a 2 year old is able to call back any missed call.
That's okay. I probably wouldn't agree with the reason. 😉
