Feb 19, 2016 6:48 PM in response to Sparkle1273by hhgttg27,★HelpfulThese symptoms suggest that the song in question was purchased from the iTunes Store using an old email address as your Apple ID, and that you've subsequently created a new Apple ID rather than updating the email address for the original one. iTunes Store purchases can only be played on devices that are authorized for the Apple ID used for the original purchase. Unless you can recall the password used for the old email address login, or can use Apple's password recovery/reset services there's not a lot you can do. Apple's terms and conditions do not allow you to transfer purchases from one Apple ID to another.

Feb 19, 2016 6:50 PM in response to hhgttg27by Sparkle1273,Thanks. My son in law set up the account first and I changed the email address and pass word. But I am having problems with the last songs that I purchased from Itunes on the current address and pass word.
