Podcast app stopped to display French characters

I noticed that since mid Jan 2016, the Podcast app has stopped displaying french characters with accents properly in the app. What is weird is that holder podcast description are displayed properly. I am the same problem on my iPad. Is there a setting I need to change to get back to normal.
