I have an Iphone 3G Model A-1241. After being off for some time, I have turned it back on for use by my mother. At first, everything worked fine but then I noticed that it said "no WiFi available". It found my network initially, but now it will not even search for a connection. At the suggestion of AT & T (the carrier) I reset the phone from the I Tunes store, but it still will not look for a connection. Surely there is a "fix" for this!!
