Bootcamp Windows 10 Brightness

This is really hard to explain, but here goes:

I have boot-camped and successfully installed Windows 10 on my Macbook Pro (Mid 2012). Everything runs fine; trackpad, sound, camera, keyboard etc.

But one thing that I still cannot make sense is of the brightness control. There seems to be only two different brightness, one that is the same form 0-50% and the second which is the same form 50-100%. Overall the brightness is nowhere near as high as the brightness on OSX!!

PS; For some weird coincidence my Macbook alsp magically changes brightness when I lift it off a table. Put it back down, it returns to normal.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Additional Info:

Macbook Pro (Mid 2012) running Windows 10 through bootcamp.

4GB RAM

HD Graphics 4000

i5 2.5 GHz

Thanks

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)

OK for anyone in the future having this problem, here is the solution:

Macbook Pro 'apparently' has hardware that can detect the surrounding and therefore change the brightness to support the surrounding.

The only easy you can turn this 'OFF' is in power control on Windows.

Go to Settings by searching it in Cortana. Then in the system seacrh, just search up brightness; it should come up with two things, one to adjust brightness the other to turn 'Auto' brightness on or off. You need to turn 'Auto' brightness off.

Don't know why, I NEVER saw this option anywhere in OSX.

Not the problem, my computer's specs can fairly run it. CPU throttling is 'sometimes' occurring due to overheating, even with the fans at MAX. I have to have a separate stand fan nearby to stop CPU throttling (LOL defeats the purpose of the internal fans). So far, I am starting to believe Apple has purposefully made bootcamp buggy, to detest people from going to other OS's.

PS:

HD 4000 is capable of running Borderlands 1 2 and Pre Sequel all on medium settings.

It is also capable of running Black Ops 1,2 and Civ 5 on lowest.

AND it can also run Skyrim and Beyond Earth in Highest.

Not disagreeing with what you say, this is still not a dedicated graphics card. You fail to address the issue.
