Q: and as the developers how are we supposed to fix this??

WE constantly have customers who

 

A) can't make any in app purchases..they get a pop up telling them to contact apple. We have actually had to do this ourselves on one of our tests as we got this pop up. We asked apple about it and they wouldn't give an answer as to why this happens..just to try again in 24 hours after they did some things. The next day it was magically fixed...? Same with our customer..zither contact Apple and 24 hours later its magically fixed..

 

B) people's in app purchases won't transfer between their devices. We have a restore button..when this doesn't work..as a developer...what are we expected to do outside the restore button??

 

There seems to be issues with the in app purchase process as a whole..and just not understanding why this support answer is directing customers back to us..like its on our end..what are we suppose to do about it?

 

would like to learn what were expected to do? Is there something in our code we can do to fix it? This is a big issue as we deal with it every week and I'm sure losing a ton of customers who can't buy our in app purchase.
