Is it a fake or real?

A scam.

Worms and viruses are different things, and unless you manually started an Internet-based malware scanner, which only exists for Windows, any message in a web browser warning of malware is fake.

Adware/malware requires an act by you to install - sometimes very cleverly crafted to look like legitimate websites or alerts - most likely "bundled" with "free download" software
