Q: Apple Remote Desktop - Upgraded and no longer screen share

I have just taken over two iMac labs, one with 34 2011 iMacs and the other with 34 2012 iMacs.  I installed ARD on a mini and loved being able to control and push packages to the units.  I upgraded all the iMacs to 10.11.3 (15d21) and I am unable to screen share at all.  I can still push software, pull info but I cannot log into the computer.  I did some searching and noticed that this could be a firewall issue.  Both my mac mini and the iMacs have their firewalls disabled.  I thought it might be the mac mini but one lone iMac was missed and she has 10.9 and I am able to log into her just fine.

I am wondering if it could be a conflict with our lab software, LanSchool Lite.  I am having difficulties getting it fully deployed in each lab and I am wondering if it does something different in 10.11 vs 10.9 that would account for the screen share no longer working.  The only other software that we have is Sophos AV and Chrome.

Any ideas would be welcome as im scratching my head on this one.

Thank you

Don.
