how can I watch a rental on my one computer when I bought it on another both authorized

Rented movies can't be moved directly between computers.
If you have an iPod or iOS device capable of playing it, sync it to that device and then use the Transfer Purchases function on the other computer.
If the computer you downloaded it to isn't able to play the movie, click here and contact Apple.
