Feb 19, 2016 2:43 PM in response to FHRichby Kenichi Watanabe,You should review the user documentation for the car audio system and check supported devices for the USB port. For example, it may only work with smart phones and/or USB flash drives.

Aug 1, 2016 10:27 AM in response to FHRichby 1DJH2,I have a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe and I just purchased an Apple iPod Nano Seventh generation. I loaded my library into the Nano and plugged it into the USB port behind the main screen of the Infotainment system. It worked fine yesterday and this morning. I drove the Tahoe to a meeting, stopped it, and when I came back out the Tahoe would not recognize the Nano. I plugged in my old iPod Classic and it worked fine. I finally turned the Bluetooth on, on the Nano and plugged the cable into the same USB port to keep the Nano powered. I was able to pair the Bluetooth from the Nano to the Infotainment system on the Tahoe and got it to work that way. I'm still working with Apple to try and figure out why it won't work with the cable. I'm betting Chevrolet did a software update to the Tahoe and somehow that is inhibiting the iPod Nano from working with the cable but I don't know how to prove that. I'm thinking about taking the Tahoe to my dealer and see if they can tell when the last software update was done. Hope this may help you.
