Replaced my iPhone with a new 6S. Now I can't sign in to apple tv? When I start to enter passcode, it tells me it can't connect to server?
We reside in Illinois, but have the Apple TV with us for the winter in Florida. Received and entered the six-digit code to confirm that we are legit.
What do I need to do now? Help.

What exactly do you mean when you say you can't sign in to the Apple TV, do you mean iTunes, iCloud or just a Netflix or Sky account.
Turn off two-factor authentication on your iTunes account for now and try again. Read this and note last section on how to do this:
thanks for the response. Trying to watch a movie on Apple TV. I enter my Apple ID and when I start to enter my password, it kicks me out and tells me that I can't sign in or can't connect to server. My macbook air is now using 10.9.5 (incorrect on my original post). My Apple TV is model A1469 (3rd Generation) I am being sent a six-digit code to authenticate, but can't get past the password to enter it.
