Feb 20, 2016 7:57 AM in response to qwinkyby Joseph Delaney,You can rate them. On the Apple TV, go into the App Store and browse to the app that you want to rate. Scroll down to the "ratings" section, and select the big white "SELECT TO RATE" button. Swipe right to increase the star rating, swipe left to lower it.
And the ratings that the app store shows are an average of the other customer ratings.
