I understand a purchased iTunes movie will not play. I would recommend deleting this purchased movie and download it again. Here are the two articles that will walk you through the process. The steps directly below are labeled for music, but also apply to other iTunes media.
Mac or PC
- In iTunes, right-click the song, album, or playlist that you want to remove and click Delete.
