Unnamed app appears in settings but not on ipad screen

I've had problem with wifi dying on me for unexpected reasons recently. Tonight while checking on ipad, i found that afeter pressing "setting" if i scroll down that page on the left there is the lift of apps installed on iPad. The first app i have on there doesn't carry a named but if had authorized access to location, cellular data and so on

I want to get rid of this unknown app but since it does not appea on my ipad's screen, i can't kill it.e!!!

Help please!! Am worried this could be virus of some sort.

iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G, iOS 5.0.1

If you cannot find the app on your phone then connect the phone to iTunes - you should see a list of your apps there with the option to remove the offending one

Did already. Could not see the iPad app or relate to it in any ways. That's what had me worried.

Could be. I am not sure enough. Should i reinstall whole thing? Seems a lot of trouble.

Go to settings > general> storage and iCloud usage> storage> manage storage> wait for the list of apps to open and see if you can locate the app. If so, delete it.
