Connecting 2 thunderbolt displays from different sides - please help

I connect 2 thunderbolt displays to my MacBook Pro at work in clamshell mode. The macbook is connected to the left screen at work (has to be on the left) and therefore the left screen becomes the main screen in the arrangement of displays. When I go home I have the exact same set up except I have to connect the thunderbolt port from the RIGHT thunderbolt display. My setup at home then connects the right screen as though it was the left screen (like at work). Is there any app that can save my configurations at work and home so I do not have to rearrange the displays every day (once at work and once at home)???

Unfortunately I have to plug the left screen into my macbook at work and the right one into my macbook at home due to the way my desks are set up!

Thanks
