Feb 20, 2016 2:34 AM in response to yogesh156by K Shaffer,You may have to try & contact Apple more directly. Depending on your global location
and country, the avenue available to you may vary as would the result. If your region
or country does not have an official retail Apple Store, you likely used the services of an
authorized Apple service provider who would be an independent business.
There are links to Feedback: support, product, and other sections to contact.
You could write your issue and send your feedback to an appropriate section:
• Apple Feedback:
"Tell us how we’re doing. Select the appropriate feedback option..."
(we read everything, but can’t always respond):
Additional Apple contacts and sources:
- See all worldwide telephone support numbers
- Contact a mobile carrier
- Find an Apple Authorized Service Provider
- Visit an Apple Retail Store
- Make an appointment at an Apple Retail Store Genius Bar
• Choose Country or Region - Apple (sales, service, training, etc)
shows independent AASP (authorized service/sales) and Apple
official retail stores, where available, globally:
- Apple - Find Locations - Country Selector:
https://locate.apple.com/ (may default to local region outside US)
• Apple - Apple Support - Country selector:
http://www.apple.com/support/country/
Good luck in this matter!

Feb 20, 2016 3:42 AM in response to yogesh156by K Shaffer,Did you send feedback about the situation to Apple?
Was the plastic case of the iPhone amber tinted, or was the color
balance of the display non-white? These are basic details to tell
the people, via Feedback. If You are not in the USA... Where then?
Tell them you tried (see article) all these things and then took the unit to a
local AASP or the place where you bought it, etc; and got an amber display
in your phone; or received a totally different repaired phone, with this issue.
There are serial numbers and other information to prove the chassis and
main board were either the same, or not.
If you had a replacement for one they sold you, or simply got a yellowish
tint "new phone" from the seller, they would be the one to offer another.
An official replacement may be a refurbished model, but it should act & look fairly much like new.
• Get help with the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
You could condense a story about the situation, the problem, and what you
have asked the local AASP or in some cases, a cellular provider, to do; in
an attempt to resolve the problem with the amber tinted display. Not much
can fit in the Feedback page, in some cases it will stop working after a time
when it gets to capacity.
In the interim, if the iPhone is really the same one you bought new and not a
replacement under warranty that may have been pre-owned, you could see
if a different service provider could replace the display with a neutral color
balance (white) background display; while that may cost if there's no warranty.
The iPhone warranty is not an international one, so any resolution would mostly
be a local effort. A quality repair with correct parts & skilled service should result
in a good repair; but in some limited locations, that may be spotty.
Sorry there isn't anything that I or most others who view this, can do for you.
As a user-to-user help forum, where most people here have no affiliation to
the Apple company, & are volunteering our time for free -- I'm without ideas.
Best regards and luck to you in eventual solution to this issue...
