Q: How can I apply Swiss iTunes to my us account

I Purchased an iTunes card when I was I Switzerland and now I can't redeem it. How do I get this credit applied to my iTunes account which is a U.S. Account

iTunes gift vouchers and cards are for use in the country in which they are purchased. This Apple document explains all.
