Q: I lost pasworld and id because buy a second ipad air anyone can help me plese...

pplese help me ... I buy a ipad air second and i don't have a Apple id or pasworld  i Reset use ituns and need they id to sing in.. i don't they id or pasworl plese help from Indonesia my english is very bad ty

    If you bought the iPad used and it's still linked to the previous owner's account, you will have to contact that person and ask him/her to remove the iPad from their account : Mematikan Kunci Aktivasi Cari iPhone Saya - Apple Support

     

    If you bought the iPad new and can't remember or find your id, you could try contacting iTunes Support online (http://www.apple.com/id/support/itunes/contact/) and see if they can remove the iPad from the account - they are likely to want to see proof of ownership before they might help e.g. original receipt with the serial number on it

    TY my frend ... Sorry if i wrong write teks mesenger this is my ipad seri number 358771051775330 i don't how to using this ipad if still lock... I don't know wht can i do now.. Really dificuly to get the id and pasworld i wrong buy a ipad and not ask they id ..is my fault..

    If you bought the iPad used and it's still linked to the previous owner's account, you will have to contact him/her - nobody else (including Apple) can help.

     

    If you bought the iPad new, and have proof of purchase, you could try contacting iTunes Support using the link in my above reply.
