Feb 20, 2016 2:24 PM in response to sbermanby AHH2322,This may be the case, but isn't there a way to access this backup? When I'm logged in to my cloud wouldn't I see those files being backed-up/stored there? The fact that the folders on my cloud are all empty is a real source of confusion for me.

Feb 20, 2016 2:33 PM in response to AHH2322by sberman,Check Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage on your iPhone. Then look under iCloud > Manage Storage.
You should learn about the culprits there.

Feb 20, 2016 2:30 PM in response to AHH2322by Demo,I se it and I edited my reponse. On your iPad or iPhone, go to Settings>General>Storage & iCloud Usage>iCloud>Manage Storage. You can see what documents, data, apps, etc. are using the space.
