I would just go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and setting and start over again.

Feb 20, 2016 4:41 PM in response to lllaassby Tiffan9761,I am located in California, U.S.. I bought the iPod from a Japanese seller. I just relived it today so there's nothing on it. I reset it and it went through the factory settings in Japanese.

Check Settings>General>Keyboard too
