Idoes Apple tv 4th generation have anyway to get an audio line out for a hearing aid devise with mini jack input?

Is there someway to get an audio line out of an Apple TV 4th generation? Some kind of splitter for HDMI?

iPhone 4S, iOS 5

or can you hook hdmi to tv and use tv audio outs for input? Buy RCA to mini jack cable?
