Q: apple id recovery doesn't arrive in my email

I need to recover an old Apple ID password. When I go to password recovery and fill out the information, the email doesn't arrive. It's not in the junk folder either. When I go back and try the other route (filling out my DOB), I'm told that I inputted the wrong DOB. I know my DOB, so...
