Q: how to remove icloud account

i bought a new iphone from someone and i didnt know anything about icloud account so i want to setup the phone or remove the previous owner account so that i can be able to use,can you please help me to remove previous account coz i cant find the person i bought the phone from and is been almost 3 months since im stacked with this phone, please help my IMEI; 01**********751 and SERIAL NUMBER; DN**********TDV
