Q: Missing iPhone 6s Plus HOME calendar and WORK Calendar  after restoring from iPhone 4

Missing iPhone 6s Plus (iOS 9.2.1) HOME Calendar and WORK Calendar after restoring from older iPhone 4 (iOS 7.1.2).

I purchased a brand new iPhone 6s Plus and restored all contents from older iPhone 4 (which had three calendars: Home, Work and a custom one). After migration, Home Calendar and Wok Calendar are missing in iPhone 6s Plus. The other (custom one) is present.

How to fix it and recover into iPhone 6s Plus the Home Calendar and Work Calendar previously present in iPhone 4? Thanks.

Mac mini, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3), Booting from internal Fusion Drive.

    Hi ApMaX,

I understand you are currently not seeing the calendars you restored from your iPhone 4 on your new iPhone 6s Plus.  Did you have iCloud enabled on your iPhone 4?  (Calendar, Contacts and Mail were working with iOS 5 or later - see iCloud System requirements below).  When you go to www.icloud.com do you see your home and work calendars?  If so, all you may need to do is enable iCloud on your iPhone 6s.  If you are asked to merge the content, say "yes" as this should keep your custom calendar intact.

    System requirements for iCloud

    iCloud: Set up iCloud

You set up iCloud on your devices by signing in and turning on the features you want to use on each device.

Follow the instructions on the Set up iCloud website. When setting up iCloud, you sign in using your Apple ID.

Be sure to use the same Apple ID for iCloud on your devices and on iCloud.com.

    iCloud: Change iCloud feature settings

You can change which iCloud features you’re using on any of your devices by turning features on or off.

On your iOS device: Go to Settings > iCloud, then tap to turn on or off iCloud features.

Settings window with iCloud services turned on

    Take care,

Thanks, but no iCloud account. Any way to fix the problem?
