Using Apple pay whiling traveling abroad.
Can we use Apple pay abroad ( Where Apple Pay is accepted such as UK, Australia, Canada and China)? or Can UK or China Apple pay users use Apply pay while they are here in US?

Yes. Your Apple Pay account using a US card enrolled for Apple Pay will work in many countries. Not just the ones where Apple Pay has been launched already, but many more where EMV Payment Terminals have been deployed and if acquirers banks are compatible with Apple Pay.
I successfully used Apple Pay since Oct 2014 with a US Visa card enrolled at merchants in France, Spain and in the UK. In France and Spain, there is no way to know at first if merchants will take Apple Pay payments, but in fact many do.
