Q: iMac 27 won't start properly anymore

Hello

Last week I reformat my iMac 27 (imac12,2) with 3.4Ghz, Turbodrive and 8Gb RAM (mid 2011) and reinstall it with 10.11.3 with from USB Stick. before it was working with 10.9.5 for 2 years now.

This morning i wouldn't start correctly. The screen shows 4 pink blocks. Then the OS X is loading and seems to work. After the Apple Logo disappears the screen is completely gray (without pink block, see pictures) but it will not start to the end¨

I tried everything, PRAM Reset, SMC Reset. I also tried it with other 4 DIMM Moduls, the result is always the same!

Also a start form the USB Stick or the Recovery Volume doesn't finish starting? I am not able to reformat an reinstall the system!

What could be wrong?

Any Idea?
