Restarting Mac book pro and holding down option command and r keys does not bring up repair or any other screen. my modem and a rotating world globe a shown then a circle with line through it come up. Unable to access Apple.com/support f.rom Mac book
I Can not reboot Mac book pro recovery mode holding down option / command & R keys. A rotating globe with a window containing my modem name under it appears. Then a crossed out circle and contact apple support shows up.
