Can you connect to websites using your browser? What troubleshooting steps have you taken? Have you tried turning your phone off and turning it back on?

Hi Lolwatsrry,
If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or iBooks store please try these troubleshooting steps. After each step, please check to see if you can connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or iBooks store. If the step you just finished attempting doesn't work, try the following steps until your problem is resolved or you've completed all steps.
- Restart your iOS Device
- Press and hold on the Sleep/Wake button.
- Drag the slider to completely power off your device.
- Once the device is off, press and hold on the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset Network Settings
- Open Settings > Tap General > Tap Reset > Tap Reset Network Settings
- If you're prompted for a passcode, go ahead and enter it now. Then tap "Reset Network Settings" again.
