Welcome to the Apple community.

You need to sign out of your old ID at system preferences > iCloud > Sign out and then sign back in with your new ID.

You will also need to do this for iTunes, App Store, Messages, FaceTime and Books.

To change your homesharing settings go to iTunes > File > Homesharing.
