Q: Unknown (pc) computer on shared devices / network

Hey, everyone! There's an unknown device ("mypc") connected to my network and I can't seem to delete it or disconnect it. I have no idea how it ended up in my computer but I suspect it might be a Windows format external hard drive that someone recently plugged into my MacBook. Any ideas on how to delete it or disconnect it... or what it is?

MacBook Air, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)
