I'm using iphone 5 with latest IOS.
Sometimes,after i'd dial a number or somebody calls me,any sound be exchanged.(microphone& speaker)
My voice is not recieved by the other person and vice versa.
I want to understand how to solve this problem?

Have you tried doing a reset? i.e. Hold down the sleep/wake button and the Home button until you see the white Apple logo on the screen, then release both buttons and allow the phone to reboot normally.
I did it but the problem is still desolved.
Also i reset my device by reset all settings.
Sounds like you need to take it in to an Apple store or send it to an Apple service centre.
