I understand that you are having issues with your iPhone's sounds after using Siri. Let's see if we can get that working for you.
The first thing I would look to is reset all the settings on your iPhone. This will not erase any content, but will put items like wallpaper and ringtones back to its default setting. To do this, go to Settings > General > Reset and then tap Reset All Settings. After this completes, redo those steps that would cause your issue to see if the issue is resolved. If it is, then you are good to put your settings back.

If resetting your iPhone's settings doesn't resolve the issue, then you will want to restore your iPhone and set it up as new. Once you have done this, test to see if the audio disappears after using Siri. If it doesn't, then you are good to start syncing your data back to your iPhone.
