About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support

Feb 22, 2016 2:07 AM in response to Sameh kotbby Jonathan UK,Hi
When a card is added or updated in iTunes Store, iBooks Store, App Store or Mac App Store, an authorisation request may be made to your card issuer.
This is not an actual charge, just a check to ensure that your payment card is active and able to be used when paying for your transactions.
When a temporary authorisation hold is placed on your credit card or payment method, it will only be for a low, nominal amount. For example, in the US, you might see a $1.00 USD authorisation hold. In other countries, you will see a charge for a similar amount in your local currency.

Feb 22, 2016 4:03 AM in response to Sameh kotbby King_Penguin,You have to be in a country to use its store, so if you are in Egypt you can only use the Egypt store (being in a country is part of the store's terms) - when you are in the US, and have a US billing address on your account, you can use the US store. If there are apps that you'd like that aren't in the Egyptian store, you could try contacting the developer and ask them (assuming Egyptian laws don't prohibit those apps) to allow Apple to put them in the Egypt store.
