How to delete old iTunes accounts when I no longer have those email addresses?

I have 2 old iTunes accounts associated with my various apple devices and I no longer have those 2 email addresses. My new iPhone keeps asking me for the passwords for iCloud... How can I delete the iTunes accounts when the domains for the email addresses no longer exists?

You cannot delete old accounts. You should never make new accounts, just change the e-mail address for the one you are always using. Any purchases you make with an old account are tied permanently to that account and cannot be transferred.
