Q: Cannot update itunes on MacBook Air so I can sync my new iphone
I have a new iphone 6s Plus and I can not synch it with my itunes on my MacBook Air (mid 2012 version). I get the message that I need to update my itunes, but when I check for software updates, the computer tells me that there are no new updates for my laptop.
