Sync ePub proof with iOS devices not working

Hi !

I add an .epub folder to my iBooks on Mac as a proof and it works well.

but i don't see my iPad under the "devices" menu on iBooks for Mac so i can't sync it to the iPad.

- the iPad is connected to the Mac via usb cable, (iTunes sees it)

- the iPad is model: MC706TY/A (not a new model, but i've done this before and it worked!)

- Verison: 9.2.1

- IBooks on the iPad is 4.6

Any ideas??
