Q: iPhoto replacement

HHad to find out that iPhoto is not supported anymore. What is the replacement? The regular photos app is far behind I terms of functionality. havent found tags yet. Also image adjustments seem to have been reduced.

iPad 2, iOS 7.0.4, iPad mini 2

You are right - a lot is missing in Photos.  No tags, no smart albums, less adjustments, no brushed adjustments at all, no photo books, no journals.

Pixelmator offers more adjustments then Photos, but does not support a Photo Library.

I could not find a decent replacement for iPhoto iOS yet.
