Q: Parental Control does not save browser restriction choice

I can't change the browser restriction to "Allow access to only these websites". The checkbox is only for "Try to limit access to adult websites". If I choose anything else and lock the parental control, it doesn't save that choice. How can I reset the parental control data? I tried disabling it for the account but when I enable it again, it still remembers the old settings.
