i do not have any access to my new iphone 6 its locked and none of my icloud accounts are helping i need to reset my phone

If the Apple ID used to lock it isn’t yours but you’re the iPhone’s original owner, take it and its purchase receipt to a physical Apple Store.

You may have run into "Activation Lock" which can only be turned-off by the original owner:
