iads not working

Hi My new app "Bully Proof Assistant" was tested with test Iads. After the app was published last week, my Iad banners do NOT work. No adds are displaying on the app. Anybody know a phone number where I can contact Iad Support? I left 2 messages and thus far have NOT received any response. Please help.
