Q: Switch from PC to iPhone

If I'm listening to music on itunes on my computer and say I want to go out but keep listening to whatever I had playing but on my iphone, is there an easy way to swap it over to my iphone?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.1.3

If your "computer" is a Mac, then yes, there is a way.
Use Continuity to connect your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Mac - Apple Support

If your "computer" is not a Mac, then no.
