Looking for a suitable contacts app.

I need an app where I can save contacts ( including photos and emails if available). This app contains contacts for a group in a company or a big family, etc. So, only those whom I give a username and a password can use it. Others can edit/adjust their own info only.

Example: Suppose you are a CEO who wants an app contains only those who work in your company. As a master, you can edit/adjust while others can search for names and the only thing that others can do is editing their own info.

What you are asking for normally requires a server with a 'shared contacts' service.

You can use OS X server if you are willing to make it available on the internet. Or you can use a third party service like Google apps for business, http://fruux.com or many other 'contacts' services.

Apps like Contacts on your Mac/ iOS devices can subscribe to shared contacts on these services, you don't need need a special app to do this, you just need an account on a server that supports contact sharing. The permissions are normally managed on the server, so you can assign contacts as 'read only' for example.
