Files are not continuous.
The phone only has these BT profiles

and then an app in the other end on the phone which would convert the data stream into audio and play it out of the phones speakers
would take some development time so if the market was not pretty big it would likely not be made but that being said I don't have any intel as to suggest it has not already been made
