What is the best ram owc or crucial

I Am thinking of upgrading the RAM in my late 2015 imac 5k. Anybrecommendations on which is better? Anyone hear anything on Adamanta? I know i can bump up to 32gb but not sure if that is overkill. 8gb is not going to be enough as I have already been close to maxing it out from just podcast, apps and tabs. I was thinking of adding 16gb to the 8 i have or should i just do the 32gb and be done with it

Where are you seeing this?

If you're running Yosemite or El Capitan be aware that it's normal for the system to use as much of the install RAM as possible at all times. As apps require additional memory it's released to that app. The current thinking is unused RAM is wasted RAM. I have 8 GB installed and routinely run with about 7 GB used.

If you watch the memory usage with Activity Monitor as long as the memory pressure is constant and green all is well.

As for the RAM, both are excellent. I've found that Crucial is a little less expensive in many instances.

It doesn't matter if there's a high value under the "used" category.

The important factor is more the pressure, and the swap.

As long as the pressure is green, and swap is down to a minimum, adding more RAM will do nothing.

8GB should be plenty for what you are doing.

If you are seeing slowdowns and color pin wheels frequently while RAM pressure is green, then something different is going on and adding more RAM will not improve things.

Are you running El Capitan? RAM is not designed to use all of it, no matter how much you have installed - the thinking was "unused RAM is wasted RAM" (my guess). In any case, as long as the memory pressure is green, there is not much to worry about; however, having said that, depending on your workflow and if you edit videos/images, you might benefit from having 16 GB. I'd go with either OWC or Crucial.
