keynote free in iphone 6 but not free in 5s?
i have an iphone 5s new and i want to use keynote but it´s not free! why???, and i saw the iphone 6 of a friend and he has the keynote free

Keynote, along with Numbers, and Pages are free with every new iPhone purchase since October 2013.

If you purchased the 5s new, you would have gotten the Apps for free. If you purchased the 5s second hand then it no longer applies and you have to pay for the Apps as the free apps would have been obtained by the first owner.
If you did purchase the iPhone 5s new, and did not get the Apps for free, then try logging out of the iTunes store and logging back in. in Settings->iTunes & App Stores->Apple ID.
