Q: How do I complain about Mac endorsed stores not repairing my computer for 2 months
IM based in the Middle East and I gave my computer in for repairs at a Mac endorsed third party company and they have not repaired my Macbook Pro. It was given to them on the 15th December and now it's the 23rd February as I write. How does Macintosh monitor the quality of its third party licences? How can I get some redress As I only went to Ali Bin Ali in Qatar under Apple's online recommendation.
