Q: Iphone 5c screen not that responsive

Hello~ I recently gotten an 5c from my cousin (since she didn't want hers anymore). Everything is fine but it is the screen that is the problem. I know she dropped it a couple of times but the screen is not that responsive, moving to different screens sometimes, and I can not type on the right side of the keyboard a little. So, Can anyone help me and tell me what I should do?
