Iphone 5s battery drain ios 9.2.1

My 5s's battery is constantly draining. I have to charge at least 3 times a day. After a typical school day I'd go home with less than 20% while others get home with like 60%. I've turned off background app refresh, fetch mail, and a lot of other settings that affect battery. I also checked in with Genius bar and they said the battery is still at 100% capacity so there is no drain problem. They told me Instagram and Twitter seemed to be messing with the battery and recommended uninstalling and reinstalling which I did but it still doesn't work.

It sounds like you're concerned about the battery life of you iPhone 5s, and you've already tried some troubleshooting but that hasn't increased the time that your able to use the device before it needs to be recharged.
